I ordered a few things online during Black Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A week later, I got an email saying my package was delayed. Fine. Happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then the package showed up anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tracking still said \u201cin transit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next day, I got another email saying the order couldn\u2019t be delivered\u2026 and I was being refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So now I had the products\u2026 and my money back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A glitch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not planned. Not strategic. Not optimized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But here\u2019s the interesting part:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system created the situation.
But the meaning came from me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It became a story. A moment. Something worth sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s exactly how marketing works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algorithms distribute content.
Platforms push it around.
Systems optimize it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But humans decide what it means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Humans decide what\u2019s worth remembering.
What\u2019s worth sharing.
What\u2019s worth acting on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can have perfect targeting, perfect timing, perfect automation\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if it doesn\u2019t create a moment that people care about, it disappears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marketing isn\u2019t just distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s interpretation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
